Our keynote speaker will be Professor Efraim Inbar, Director of the Begin-Sadat (BESA) Center
for Strategic Studies in Israel.

Professor Inbar has written over 50 articles in professional journals and has authored four books. He is widely quoted in the Israeli and international press and is a columnist for the Jerusalem Post.
