The Baltimore Jewish Council is as committed to our mission as ever, even in the face of a global pandemic. We invite you to view all of our previous online programming here!
The Baltimore Jewish Council fosters cooperation and understanding within the Jewish community; builds relationships and mutual understanding with ethnic, racial, and religious groups across Maryland; advocates at all levels of government for social justice and public resources on issues of concern to the Jewish community; and through education and action, promotes strong support for Israel and the Jewish people at home and throughout the world.
The wisdom, experiences, and perspectives of different generations within the Jewish community can deepen our understanding of race and racism within Jewish and broader American contexts. Please join us for this three part series in collaboration with the Jewish Museum of Maryland.
The Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel is an elite two-year leadership fellowship for high school students in Baltimore. Fellows lead their generation by gaining first-hand cross-cultural knowledge and skill.
