The Associated’s Lawyers’ Division and the BJC will host a panel discussion that examines the boundaries of protected speech from legislative, nonprofit and corporate perspectives. The event will feature real case studies and a moderated conversation on balancing free expression with constitutional rights.
Speakers will include Mark Rotenberg, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Hillel International; Delegate Elizabeth Embry; and Jonathan Smith, Chief of the Maryland Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division.
