Join together with other Baltimore-area high school students who share your interest in social justice. Interactive workshops, panels, and discussions are led by the Social Justice Teen Fellows.

The Fellowship


Join with other high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors who share your passion for social justice in a free, nine-month fellowship! Build relationships with teens of various faiths and ethnic backgrounds, and learn to facilitate conversations with peers on racism, anti-Semitism, diversity and social justice. The program is a partnership of the Baltimore Jewish Council and the Elijah Cummings Youth Program.


The fellowship includes:

  • Retreat at the Pearlstone Center

  • Social justice trainings

  • Creating a Social Justice Teen Summit for area high-schoolers
